Lead the end-to-end design vision for a high-impact consumer technology product across Android, iOS, and web. This is a hands-on leadership role combining strategic direction with execution.
Responsabilidades
- Define and lead the design vision across mobile and web platforms.
- Own the design of core products and new features from concept through delivery.
- Build, manage, and scale the design system to support a consistent, production-ready user experience.
- Translate user research and business objectives into clear, elegant, intuitive, and high-converting designs.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Data, and Marketing teams to launch user-focused products.
Requisitos
- Deep expertise in mobile UI/UX for Android and iOS.
- Proven experience designing and launching consumer products at significant scale.
- Demonstrated experience building and scaling design systems.
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma.
- Familiarity with AI design tools such as Claude Design.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A portfolio is required with the application.
