- Build and lead a full product design department
- Own the end-to-end user experience across all products
- Create a coherent experience across multiple product lines
- Define UX patterns for AI-enabled and intelligence-first products
- Lead AI-powered workflow adoption within design and in partnership with Engineering
- Work with customers, field teams, product managers, and developers
- Lead cross-functional processes connecting design with the wider business
- Develop and maintain scalable design systems
Requisitos
- At least 4 years of experience leading a design team
- Experience building and scaling a full design department
- Proven ability to own UX for a complex, multi-product platform
- Significant experience designing and shipping B2B SaaS products at scale
- Successful transformation of technical, complex products into intuitive user experiences
- Ability to advocate for design-led thinking with executive stakeholders
- Experience mentoring designers and supporting career growth
