Responsabilidades
- Develop and execute strategic design decisions to drive product excellence.
- Lead and grow a diverse, high-performing design team.
- Collaborate with product and engineering leadership to influence roadmaps and feature prioritization.
- Champion design excellence and innovation across the organization.
- Optimize team allocation and prioritize design work for maximum business impact.
- Lead cross-functional design reviews and stakeholder alignment sessions.
- Drive adoption of design systems and best practices across development teams.
- Ensure accessibility and internationalization standards are met.
Requisitos
- 20+ years of comprehensive UX design experience.
- At least 10 years of design leadership experience at an enterprise level.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills for influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Track record of building and scaling high-performing, diverse design teams.
- Experience operating as a peer leader in global, distributed organizations.
- Strong facilitation and workshop leadership skills.
