Create interactive playable advertisements for games and apps, taking concepts from prototype to polished, production-ready builds. This is a fully remote, full-time role with compensation based on geographic location and performance-based bonus opportunities.
Responsabilidades
- Build interactive playable advertisements using Unity, HTML5, Cocos, or similar tools
- Turn creative concepts and strategic direction into engaging playable ad experiences
- Develop simple gameplay mechanics that support advertising objectives, engagement, and conversion
- Take concepts from prototype through final production and meet quality and technical standards
- Optimize ads for performance, load times, responsiveness, and ad network compatibility
- Ensure creatives meet ad network specifications before delivery
- Collaborate with designers and creative strategists across locations and time zones
- Review and improve creative clarity, pacing, visual appeal, engagement, and user experience
- Manage multiple creative production tasks and workflows
Requisitos
- Professional experience creating playable advertisements
- Strong traditional video or creative editing skills and understanding of advertising creative principles
- Practical experience with Unity or comparable tools for interactive advertising
- Understanding of simple game mechanics and how to adapt them for advertising
- Strong creative judgment and ability to translate creative direction into polished interactive ads
- Strong communication, organization, and project-management skills
- Ability to manage multiple creative workflows and maintain quality, accuracy, and deadlines
- Comfort working independently in a fully remote environment
