Join an international portfolio of beauty brands as an on-site Performance Creative Designer in Tel Aviv. Create conversion-focused advertising and email creative, analyze results, and develop new variations for testing at scale.
Responsabilidades
- Design static and performance ads for Meta, TikTok, and Google Display.
- Create creative variations for testing and optimization at scale.
- Design email visuals and build flows in Klaviyo.
- Analyze competitors and apply insights to creative development.
- Produce and refine AI-generated assets using Higgsfield, Google Flow, Nano Banana, and Flux.
- Work on-site five days per week from the Tel Aviv office.
Requisitos
- 2–3 years of performance marketing design experience.
- Mandatory marketing ads portfolio.
- Strong proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of advertising formats, platforms, and creative constraints.
- Hands-on experience with AI creative workflows.
