An insurtech company is seeking a junior designer to support brand development, marketing campaigns, digital channels, and product UI. The role combines visual design, user research, prototyping, and AI-assisted creative workflows in a collaborative startup environment.
Responsabilidades
- Research visual trends and develop creative mood boards.
- Evolve the visual language by creating graphics, imagery, icons, and other brand elements.
- Design marketing materials including images, videos, and banners for digital campaigns.
- Create and improve website pages, landing pages, and social media visuals.
- Use AI tools such as Midjourney, Kling, and Higgsfield in daily design workflows.
- Apply the design system to conceptualize UI features, create prototypes, and present concepts.
- Conduct user and competitor research.
- Manage cross-functional design assignments from concept through delivery.
Requisitos
- Mandatory portfolio link.
- One to two years of professional design experience.
- Degree or comprehensive course in Visual Communication.
- Full proficiency in Figma and Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere, and After Effects.
- Strong understanding of typography, visual hierarchy, color theory, and aesthetics.
- Basic video creation and editing skills.
- Proactive, organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Se valora
- Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication or a related B.Des qualification.
- Experience integrating AI tools into design workflows.
- Good level of English.
