Lead an internal design studio for a growing SaaS company. Own the brand’s visual expression across digital and physical touchpoints while guiding a multidisciplinary creative team and remaining hands-on in design direction and execution.
Responsabilidades
- Set the creative quality bar and provide hands-on visual direction
- Own the brand’s visual expression across websites, landing pages, events, films, social media, presentations, and employer branding
- Build and manage an internal multidisciplinary design studio
- Plan and execute creative work from briefing through delivery
- Establish briefing, review, and asset-management processes for scalable production
- Integrate generative AI tools into design workflows to improve speed and output
- Translate business briefs into creative concepts and design that engage audiences
- Partner with teams across the company to understand needs and deliver effective creative assets
Requisitos
- At least 5 years of experience leading creative design teams in SaaS or technology companies
- Hands-on experience setting visual direction and improving creative work
- Experience mentoring designers, building teams, and establishing effective workflows
- Strong storytelling skills and the ability to connect creative work with business goals
- Ability to collaborate with product marketing, growth, HR, and other cross-functional teams
- Understanding of brand design and how to make B2B communications more human
