A growing enterprise software company is seeking a Senior Product Analyst to turn product and customer data into insights that shape product strategy, roadmap decisions, business cases, and measurable improvements. The role is hybrid and based in Israel.
Responsabilidades
- Present product and customer data insights and recommendations to product managers, senior leaders, executives, and team leads.
- Build business cases for new product functionality and track functionality effectiveness over time.
- Monitor key metrics, identify business trends, and produce forecasts.
- Lead deep-dive analyses supporting product strategy and roadmap decisions.
- Improve reporting quality, data hygiene, and data governance practices.
- Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and their underlying datasets.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure relevant data is generated and collected.
- Promote a data-driven culture through clear analytical storytelling.
Requisitos
- At least 5 years of experience as a data analyst or product analyst.
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Economics, or another quantitative field.
- Demonstrated ability to generate insights that drive business changes and measurable performance improvements.
- Strong knowledge of statistical analysis methods and the ability to distinguish meaningful signals from noise.
- Proficiency with SQL and Excel for querying and manipulating data.
- Experience with product analytics methodologies.
- Commitment to producing accurate, high-quality analytics deliverables.
- Ability to work effectively in a constantly changing environment.
