Responsabilidades
- Build scalable customer-facing analytics and data-sharing products
- Translate customer needs and complex data into reliable, intuitive, standardized solutions
- Partner with Customer Success and Product teams to improve product adoption and demonstrate value
- Lead strategic analyses across products, workflows, and clinical domains
- Connect data across multiple parts of the organization to support business and product decisions
- Design product KPIs and measurement frameworks and monitor trends
- Conduct decision-support analyses for product, customer success, development, and operational initiatives
- Design and improve scalable data models and analytics infrastructure
- Improve data quality and reliability and document analytical learnings
Requisitos
- 4+ years of experience in product analytics, data analytics, business analytics, or a similar analytical role
- Strong technical orientation and willingness to understand data models, pipelines, and analytics infrastructure
- Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent studies with extensive hands-on projects
- Ability to work independently and navigate ambiguity
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
