Lead company-wide measurement, product analytics, data quality, and reporting for an AI-focused human development platform. Report to the Head of Data and partner with Product and Engineering.
Responsabilidades
- Develop company-wide KPIs with Product and Engineering
- Own and improve the internal AI querying tool
- Elevate data quality
- Deliver product, customer success, and leadership insights
- Create client-facing dashboards
Requisitos
- At least 6 years of analytics experience
- Strong SQL and OLAP experience, including ClickHouse or Snowflake
- Experience with modern cloud data technologies
- Strong data modeling skills
- BI expertise
- Strategic thinking and a strong ownership mindset
