Lead advanced data science and machine learning initiatives for an enterprise AI platform. Own complex problems from ideation through production, shape technical direction, and mentor data scientists in a cross-functional environment.
Responsabilidades
- Lead the development and evolution of data science and machine learning capabilities, including noise reduction, anomaly detection, root cause analysis, and AI-powered product features.
- Own data science problems end to end, including problem definition, experimentation, model development, evaluation, productionization, and deployment.
- Develop algorithms and models using machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, anomaly detection, and statistical modeling.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Quality, and Architecture teams to create scalable and reliable machine learning solutions.
- Set technical direction and mentor data scientists while promoting best practices in modeling, experimentation, evaluation, and machine learning engineering.
- Monitor advances in artificial intelligence and machine learning and identify opportunities to apply them to products.
Requisitos
- 6–8+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, algorithm development, or a related field.
- Advanced expertise in at least one area including anomaly detection, machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, or statistical modeling.
- Proven experience taking complex data science or machine learning problems from ideation to production.
- Strong Python skills and hands-on experience with modern data science and machine learning frameworks.
- Experience working with large, complex datasets and developing evaluation methodologies and metrics for models and data-driven products.
- Strong technical leadership, problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
