Join a personalization team to conduct data-driven research and bring machine learning models into production for real-time player experiences.
Responsabilidades
- Lead research from problem definition and data collection through validation, model development, evaluation, and deployment
- Analyze and test models in a real-time production environment and demonstrate their impact
- Collaborate with engineering, business intelligence, and product teams to deploy and iterate on models
- Contribute to scientific papers, technical blogs, and industry conferences
- Serve as a data science subject matter expert and mentor data science and machine learning colleagues
Requisitos
- At least 4 years of hands-on industry experience
- M.Sc. or Ph.D. in computer science, mathematics, statistics, engineering, or a related quantitative field
- Strong theoretical and practical knowledge of machine learning and scientific reasoning
- Proficiency in Python
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Se valora
- Background in reinforcement learning, especially multi-armed bandits
- Experience with PyMC, SQL, or Git
- Experience in the gaming industry
