Join small, multidisciplinary research and development teams building innovative Generative AI, LLM, AI agent, and multimodal capabilities for intelligence and information-extraction applications. Lead solutions from research through deployment in operational systems.
Responsabilidades
- Research and develop Generative AI, LLM, and AI agent capabilities.
- Build AI solutions supporting information extraction, investigation, analysis, and decision-making processes.
- Develop multimodal capabilities using text, speech, images, video, and other data types.
- Lead end-to-end solutions from research and innovation through implementation in operational systems.
- Collaborate with small teams spanning artificial intelligence, algorithms, software engineering, and intelligence-domain expertise.
Requisitos
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or an exact science.
- At least 3 years of experience developing AI, machine learning, or deep learning solutions.
- Practical experience developing LLM- or Generative AI-based applications.
- Experience with NLP, information retrieval, knowledge retrieval, or unstructured data analysis.
- Practical Python development experience.
- Ability to conduct research, learn independently, and solve complex problems.
- Ability to work in multidisciplinary environments combining technology with subject-matter expertise.

- Experience with speech technologies, including speech-to-text, text-to-speech, or speech analysis.
- Experience developing RAG-based solutions and systems for knowledge retrieval, extraction, and delivery.
- Familiarity with Generative AI and agent development frameworks such as Google ADK, LangChain, or LangGraph.
- Experience working with multimodal data, including text, audio, and images.
- Experience evaluating AI model performance and deploying models in production.
