Join an R&D team developing AI capabilities for a federated computing platform. Build internal AI tools, develop and validate models, and help improve platform functionality through hands-on testing across diverse use cases.
Responsabilidades
- Research and implement AI tools and agents for data mapping, harmonization, and user-assistance workflows
- Collect and prepare data, train and fine-tune models, and validate NLP, computer vision, and tabular models
- Implement federated and centralized machine learning workflows to test platform robustness and identify gaps
- Solve complex data science challenges and research methods that improve the platform
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering on UI/UX and feature requirements based on technical platform usage
Requisitos
- At least 4 years of professional experience in data science or applied machine learning
- Strong Python skills and experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-learn
- Experience with LLM APIs, prompt engineering, AI agents, agentic workflows, and end-to-end AI pipelines
- Strong software engineering practices for data and machine learning workflows, including clean structure, modularity, reproducibility, and maintainable code
- Ability to work across NLP, image processing, and structured data
- Experience with data curation, model fine-tuning, and rigorous evaluation
- Ability to prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment
