Join an early-stage FinTech AI startup building data analytics and machine learning products for corporate evaluation, quantitative financial modeling, and data-driven decisions. The role is based in the Tel Aviv area and follows a hybrid model with one work-from-home day per week.
Responsabilidades
- Build predictive frameworks, tabular and financial data pipelines, and quantitative decision systems.
- Develop end-to-end machine learning models for complex business scenarios.
- Design features and analyze multi-source datasets.
- Apply time-series forecasting, statistical modeling, and risk evaluation techniques.
- Translate telemetry and behavioral data into actionable predictive insights.
- Work with domain experts and product leaders to refine model architectures for business use cases.
- Help build core products in a lean, early-stage engineering environment.
Requisitos
- At least 4 years of professional experience as a Data Scientist in an established, hands-on data science team.
- Demonstrated experience building, tuning, and deploying predictive models in production.
- Advanced knowledge of classical machine learning and statistical modeling, including regression, time-series analysis, survival analysis, or Bayesian methods.
- Advanced Python programming and modeling skills.
- A strong academic background or equivalent foundation in mathematics, statistics, computer science, or another quantitative field.
- Hands-on experience with complex, messy real-world datasets and translating algorithmic outputs into business impact.
- Self-directed problem-solving skills and a strong sense of ownership.
