Responsabilidades
- Translate business and clinical requirements into technical specifications and identify relevant information sources.
- Extract and process medical data and documents using SQL in SSMS and Oracle, as well as SAS.
- Implement, maintain, and improve rule-based NLP mechanisms for free-text classification.
- Create text-based features, build research datasets, and perform statistical analyses.
Requisitos
- Experience translating business or clinical requirements into technical specifications.
- Ability to identify and work with relevant information sources.
- Experience extracting and processing data and medical documents using SQL, SSMS, Oracle, or SAS.
- Knowledge of NLP mechanisms and free-text classification.
- Analytical and research skills, including statistical analysis.
