Join an autonomous data-platform company as a hands-on data engineering partner for enterprise customers. Lead discovery, implementation, proofs of concept, and adoption while translating customer needs into scalable product capabilities and roadmap input.
Responsabilidades
- Embed with customers to understand their environments and implement the data platform.
- Provide hands-on domain guidance throughout discovery and adoption.
- Partner with customer teams, data engineers, analytics leaders, and executives.
- Lead discovery sessions, workshops, proofs of concept, and design-partner programs.
- Translate business needs into product requirements and collaborate with product and engineering teams on priorities.
- Represent customer needs internally and identify recurring requirements for scalable platform capabilities.
- Provide feedback on platform architecture, usability, and customer adoption.
Requisitos
- At least 8 years of hands-on experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, or data architecture.
- Demonstrated experience building and deploying analytics solutions within enterprise customer environments.
- Deep expertise in modern data architectures, pipelines, and analytics ecosystems.
- Ability to build proofs of concept, pipelines, and integrations directly.
- Experience leading customer discovery, implementation, and iterative delivery.
- Experience with AI, generative AI, LLM-powered applications, or agentic systems.
- Strong communication skills.

- Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, dbt, BigQuery, Redshift, Azure Data Platform, Looker, Tableau, Power BI, Monte Carlo, Atlan, or Alation.
- Experience as a forward-deployed engineer or in enterprise pre-sales and solution delivery.
- Experience in an early-stage or venture-backed startup.
- Willingness to travel or work on-site with customers as needed.
