Lead the technical vision, architecture, and execution of a large-scale data warehouse and analytics platform. Partner with business stakeholders, data providers, and cross-functional technical teams to build reliable, scalable data infrastructure.
Responsabilidades
- Design and develop scalable data warehouse architecture
- Own the technical roadmap and strategy for the Data Warehouse team
- Translate business needs into technical requirements and establish data contracts
- Define technical standards for warehouse architecture, performance tuning, and development
- Build and maintain resilient data pipelines for unstructured data and evolving schemas
- Develop dimensional models and optimize ETL/ELT processes for the semantic layer
- Establish data quality processes for schema evaluation, anomaly detection, completeness, and freshness monitoring
- Coordinate with data engineers, ML platform engineers, data scientists, analysts, product managers, and external data providers
Requisitos
- 7+ years of experience as a BI Engineer or Data Engineer
- 2+ years in a technical leadership or architecture role
- Experience managing complex data warehouses serving multiple products or an entire organization
- Strong data modeling, ELT development, and data warehouse methodology expertise
- Advanced SQL skills
- Hands-on experience with Snowflake or a similar cloud-native data warehouse platform
- Extensive experience with dbt for data transformation and modeling
- Excellent communication and mentoring skills
- Ability to work in an office environment most days of the week
