Build the company’s data foundation and turn product, customer, revenue, and cost data into trusted insights that guide business decisions. Work hybrid in Tel Aviv, reporting to the VP of Product and partnering with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Finance.
Responsabilidades
- Design and evolve data architecture connecting product, customer interaction, billing, and infrastructure data.
- Build and maintain production ETL pipelines and reusable data models in Snowflake and dbt.
- Establish data quality checks and monitoring.
- Define shared KPIs across product, operations, and the business.
- Analyze product usage, customer behavior, revenue, and costs to inform strategy and recommendations.
- Provide Product with insights on usage, adoption, retention, and AI performance.
- Enable self-service dashboards, alerts, and analysis for go-to-market teams and Finance.
- Partner across teams to turn findings into initiatives and measure their impact.
- Use AI tools to accelerate SQL and dbt writing, review, and debugging.
Requisitos
- At least 5 years of hands-on data engineering or analytics engineering experience, including business analytics.
- Strong SQL skills and deep experience with relational databases.
- Experience building production-grade ETL pipelines and data models; Snowflake and dbt experience preferred, with Python where needed.
- Experience building BI dashboards and defining trusted KPIs.
- Ability to connect product usage and customer behavior with revenue and costs, and turn ambiguous questions into validated findings and recommendations.
- Ability to communicate complex analysis clearly and use it to influence decisions.
- Comfort working as the first or only data professional in a company or team.
