Responsabilidades
- Research and track mobile threat actors, including nation-state APT groups and mercenary or commercial spyware vendors
- Develop methods and tools to collect and analyze threat intelligence from open, commercial, and closed sources
- Convert intelligence findings into detection logic, rules, tools, and other actionable outputs
- Maintain threat actor and campaign profiles using frameworks such as MITRE ATT&CK for Mobile
- Identify detection coverage gaps and recommend priorities based on the threat landscape
- Write intelligence reports, briefings, and blog posts for stakeholders
- Identify AI opportunities beyond threat intelligence and build tools to address them
- Lead AI projects from initial concept through production deployment
Requisitos
- Several years of experience in threat intelligence, threat research, or a similar security analysis role
- Experience building custom tools, methods, or workflows
- Knowledge of mercenary spyware and mobile APT threats, or the ability to develop that expertise quickly
- Familiarity with MITRE ATT&CK, the Diamond Model, or similar threat intelligence frameworks
- Proficiency in reverse engineering binary samples
- Proficiency in Python and YARA, plus the ability to use other programming or scripting languages
- Practical knowledge of AI and large language models, including applying them from prototyping through production
- Strong written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and lead projects with limited oversight
- Eligibility for, or ability to obtain, security clearance appropriate to supported customer engagements
