Lead and develop a team of security researchers while directing cybersecurity research portfolios, cross-functional delivery, and production-focused analytical initiatives.
Responsabilidades
- Manage, coach, hire, and develop a team of 4–8 security researchers
- Own research output quality and team performance
- Translate business requirements into research scope, timelines, and scalable production prototypes
- Evaluate data pipeline architecture, exposure and risk-scoring logic, mitigation strategies, and LLM pipeline designs
- Prioritize the research project portfolio and communicate roadmap value metrics to executive leadership
- Drive cross-functional execution with Product and Engineering
Requisitos
- At least 5 years of professional cybersecurity experience in vulnerability research, exposure or risk scoring, threat intelligence, or a related area
- At least 2 years of direct people-management experience leading security researchers or software engineers
- Proficiency with Python and SQL for research validation, prototyping, and data analysis
- Demonstrated success partnering with Product and Engineering to ship research-backed data pipelines or cybersecurity capabilities
Se valora
- Experience designing, testing, or deploying LLM-based systems, including retrieval-augmented generation, prompt engineering, and model evaluation
- Experience developing risk-scoring models, normalization methods, and mitigation strategies using EDR data and vulnerability frameworks
- Experience scaling research teams and defining operational success metrics
- Strong technical architecture experience and the ability to define engineering handoff specifications
- Background in enterprise B2B SaaS or cybersecurity vendors
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, cybersecurity, data science, or a related quantitative field
