Lead the architecture, implementation, governance, and optimization of enterprise Microsoft cloud, identity, endpoint, and security environments for diverse customer organizations.
Responsabilidades
- Architect and optimize Power Platform environments, governance, operational logging, and reporting.
- Build Copilot usage dashboards and reporting frameworks.
- Design and implement secure Copilot Studio infrastructure, Agent 365 deployment, log retention, and Sentinel integration.
- Support Power Apps dashboards and post-deployment improvements.
- Define identity and access management strategies across primary and external ID tenants.
- Deploy and operationalize Microsoft Defender for Identity and Endpoint, and assess Defender for Office requirements.
- Implement Tenant Restrictions V2 across the organization.
- Manage Windows 365 endpoint readiness and Intune operations, including backup-site support.
- Secure and manage Windows, Mac, iOS, and Android devices through Intune MAM and MDM.
- Integrate Intune with SCCM and configure the resulting operational processes.
- Troubleshoot complex SCCM distribution and deployment issues.
- Handle Office 365 escalations and advanced incident resolution across MAM and MDM infrastructure.
Requisitos
- At least 7 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Azure AD or Entra ID, and enterprise security solutions.
- Deep expertise in Power Platform architecture, governance, and logging.
- Experience with Copilot, Copilot Studio, Microsoft Sentinel integration, and enterprise security policies.
- Strong knowledge of Intune MDM/MAM, Windows 365, and device management across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android.
- Advanced experience with Microsoft Defender for Identity, Endpoint, and Office.
- Practical experience integrating Intune and SCCM in hybrid environments.
- Strong understanding of identity management, multi-tenant architecture, and external ID governance.
- Advanced troubleshooting skills across SCCM, Office 365, and endpoint security.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to lead technical stakeholder discussions.
- Availability to support urgent escalations when required.
