Join an AI security and governance platform as a senior, customer-facing technical engineer. Lead post-sales deployments, integrations, automation, and production readiness for enterprise customers, while turning complex implementations into scalable practices.
Responsabilidades
- Translate customer use cases into technical requirements, configurations, integrations, workflows, and production-readiness plans
- Guide deployments and optimization through architecture advice, configuration support, APIs, scripts, automation, and technical best practices
- Lead technical deep dives, diagnose configuration and integration issues, develop mitigations, and coordinate escalations with Support and Engineering
- Help customers embed the platform into recurring security and operational workflows through workshops, enablement, runbooks, and reusable implementation patterns
- Collaborate with Customer Solutions, Product, Engineering, Research, Security, and Support teams
- Channel technical customer insights back into the platform
Requisitos
- At least 5 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role within a B2B SaaS environment
- Experience in solutions engineering, implementation engineering, technical account management, customer engineering, or technical consulting
- Ability to write Python, Bash, or similar scripts for diagnostics, automation, data processing, and integrations
- Hands-on experience with APIs, authentication, logs, cloud environments, security controls, system integrations, and production troubleshooting
- Strong communication skills for leading technical customer discussions and explaining complex concepts
- Proactive, customer-focused approach with strong problem-solving skills and an emphasis on scalable, reusable solutions
Se valora
- Experience with generative AI, LLM applications, RAG, AI agents, AI development pipelines, or MCP
- Background in cybersecurity, cloud security, application security, data protection, or cloud infrastructure
- Experience with containers, CI/CD, infrastructure as code, observability platforms, CRM systems, or ticketing systems
