Join a CTO Office team developing practical solutions for emerging AI-agent security challenges. Research customer needs and technical feasibility, build working proofs of concept, and help transition successful capabilities into product development.
Responsabilidades
- Research customer needs, cybersecurity gaps, and technical feasibility
- Turn ambiguous security challenges into working proofs of concept
- Scope problems, build prototypes, evaluate results, document approaches, and ship outcomes
- Make architecture, tooling, and technical tradeoff decisions
- Collaborate with Product, R&D, and go-to-market teams
- Lead successful proof-of-concept transitions to Engineering and Product
- Track developments in AI and bring relevant insights to the team
Requisitos
- Substantial hands-on engineering or security research experience
- Experience building with LLMs and AI agents, including understanding their behavior and failure modes
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity attack paths and defensive controls
- Ability to evaluate both technical feasibility and the customer value of proposed capabilities
- Ability to work independently from ambiguity, define scope, and establish completion criteria
- Strong communication skills for presenting prototypes to technical and non-technical stakeholders and documenting work
Se valora
- Experience building or researching cybersecurity products
- Experience with AI agents or AI-agent security
- Experience in an early-stage startup or zero-to-one environment
- Previous team-lead or tech-lead experience
- Public technical work such as blog posts, conference talks, open-source contributions, or published papers
