A large organization is seeking a junior cybersecurity specialist for a hands-on role combining offensive and defensive security, with a strong focus on application penetration testing and web environments.
Responsabilidades
- Perform application penetration testing and security assessments of web systems and applications
- Identify security vulnerabilities, analyze findings, and provide remediation recommendations
- Work hands-on with F5 WAF
- Develop and adjust F5 iRules according to security requirements
- Operate across Windows and Linux environments
- Work with Azure and AWS cloud infrastructure
- Combine offensive security activities with the implementation and operation of defensive controls
Requisitos
- Knowledge of application penetration testing and application security testing
- Understanding of web vulnerabilities and application attack methodologies
- Basic knowledge of Windows and Linux systems
- Understanding of networking, protocols, and infrastructure
- Familiarity with WAF technologies and application defense mechanisms
- Familiarity with Azure and AWS environments
- Strong hands-on ability, independent learning skills, and motivation to develop professionally in cybersecurity
