Responsabilidades
- Lead the information security monitoring and cybersecurity controls department
- Manage professional teams and team leaders, including the SOC
- Oversee DLP, vulnerability management, and cyber threat intelligence
- Manage cybersecurity and third-party supply-chain risks
- Oversee security monitoring across on-premises and cloud environments
- Support security solutions for complex business processes
- Manage security incidents within a 24/7 operational model
Requisitos
- At least 5 years of experience in technology infrastructure management, information security, or cybersecurity
- Proven experience managing and leading professional teams
- Extensive experience in cybersecurity risk management and implementing security solutions
- Practical experience monitoring hybrid on-premises and cloud environments
- Familiarity with information security standards, regulations, and compliance requirements
Se valora
- Experience in IT infrastructure management
- Experience managing a SOC, DLP, vulnerability management, cyber threat intelligence, IAM, or cybersecurity risk functions
- Experience in financial, insurance, or another highly regulated organization
- CISO, CISM, CISSP, DPO, or comparable professional certification
- Experience with SIEM, SOAR, cloud security, identity security, and third-party risk management
