A government ministry is seeking a senior cybersecurity researcher to conduct advanced communications-technology research, derive insights from big data, lead employees, and drive organizational change.
Responsabilidades
- Conduct advanced technological research across key communications-sector technologies.
- Extract actionable insights from big data.
- Lead a team of employees.
- Manage significant organizational changes within the unit’s area of responsibility.
- Develop and implement cybersecurity monitoring, control, and protection processes.
Requisitos
- At least 5 years of experience performing the role’s responsibilities.
- Experience managing cybersecurity monitoring, control, and protection activities.
- Experience defining, planning, and establishing a Cyber Center, including direct and indirect management of managers and employees.
- Experience developing cybersecurity protection concepts, policies, procedures, and methodologies for routine and emergency situations.
- Experience leading a threat-intelligence approach, managing change in a SOC, building strategic collaborations, and promoting organization-wide measurement and data programs.
