Lead the governance, risk, and compliance function within the Cyber Defense Division of a large financial organization. Strengthen cyber governance, coordinate regulatory and audit activities, and provide management visibility into cyber risk and control maturity.
Responsabilidades
- Lead and professionally manage the GRC team within the Cyber Defense Division
- Develop, implement, maintain, and oversee cyber policies, procedures, methodologies, and standards
- Coordinate the organization’s response to information security and cyber regulatory requirements
- Manage relationships with regulators, internal audit, and external audit
- Lead cyber awareness, training, and human-resilience programs, including effectiveness measurement
- Build an organization-wide governance view of cyber activities through metrics, dashboards, and management reporting
- Track implementation of regulatory requirements, cyber policies, and work plans
- Drive control and measurement processes to improve GRC maturity
Requisitos
- At least 4 years of experience in information security, cyber GRC, or risk management within complex enterprise environments
- At least 2 years of professional team management experience
- Demonstrated experience developing and implementing cyber policies, procedures, and methodologies
- Experience working with regulators, internal and external audits, and compliance requirements
- Familiarity with ISO 27001, NIST, COBIT, or similar frameworks
- Strong analytical and systems-thinking skills, including the ability to present insights to management
- Strong leadership and cross-functional stakeholder engagement skills
- Excellent written and verbal Hebrew and English communication skills
