Support client finance transformation initiatives by improving billing, revenue, and finance processes through technology, automation, and AI.

Responsabilidades

Manage finance transformation projects, including scope, timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder coordination.
Analyze finance, billing, revenue, and operational processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend technology improvements.
Gather requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
Optimize Order-to-Cash, Quote-to-Cash, Billing-to-Revenue, and Revenue Operations processes.
Support implementation and configuration of ERP, CPQ, billing, and revenue management platforms.
Design and deploy AI-enabled solutions for operational efficiency, reporting, and decision-making.
Collaborate with Finance, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, IT, Product, and client stakeholders.
Create process documentation, training materials, and solution-adoption recommendations.
Monitor developments in finance transformation, SaaS operations, billing, CPQ, revenue management, and AI.

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, business administration, information systems, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in finance, accounting, revenue operations, billing operations, finance transformation, or financial systems.
Strong understanding of accounting, billing, revenue, or finance processes.
Strong technological orientation and interest in innovative systems and AI solutions.
Fluent English communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Willingness to work flexible hours with global teams.

Experience with Revenue Operations, Billing Operations, CPQ, Order-to-Cash, or Revenue Recognition.
Familiarity with ERP and financial platforms such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Salesforce, or Zuora.
Experience in a large technology or SaaS company.
