Coordinate construction activities across rail infrastructure work areas, monitoring progress, quality, permits, drawings, safety, and contractor performance.
Responsabilidades
- Conduct site visits and monitor, record, and report work by subsystems and civil works contractors.
- Coordinate with project management on inspections, subcontracting, progress, and delays.
- Identify and help resolve site issues, clashes, and coordination problems affecting delivery.
- Coordinate concurrent activities and issue daily reports.
- Lead work-area handovers and handbacks, including snag documentation.
- Assess progress against the project schedule.
- Verify permits, approved drawings, and method statements before and during works.
- Confirm subsystem team mobilization and implementation of required resources.
- Report installation deviations and environmental, health, and safety hazards.
Requisitos
- University degree.
- Previous experience on an infrastructure project.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Ability to make decisions and solve problems.
- Rigorous, quality-focused, and collaborative approach.
