An established infrastructure and civil engineering company is seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager to lead complex construction projects from planning through completion at its Tel Aviv site.
Responsabilidades
- Manage construction projects throughout the full project lifecycle
- Lead the on-site project team, including site supervision and quantity surveying staff
- Own the engineering and management aspects of project delivery
- Control quality, budget, schedule, and execution
- Manage interfaces with clients, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders
- Coordinate stakeholders across all project stages
- Lead site execution in line with project objectives and targets
Requisitos
- Registered Civil Engineer qualification is mandatory
- At least 7 years of experience in construction supervision and/or execution
- Proven experience managing work teams and project teams
- Strong client management and leadership skills
- Excellent organizational skills and a proactive approach
