A retail group is hiring a construction project manager to lead supermarket construction, renovation, infrastructure, and engineering projects in Israel.
Responsabilidades
- Manage construction and renovation projects at supermarket locations.
- Track and manage planning activities performed by external consultants.
- Prepare bills of quantities and estimates for infrastructure and construction works.
- Supervise construction and engineering work on site.
- Monitor project schedules and budgets.
- Review, reconcile, and approve contractor invoices.
- Coordinate internal company stakeholders and project teams.
- Manage contractors and resolve construction-related breakdowns and issues.
Requisitos
- Civil engineering or building engineering practical engineer or degree.
- At least five years of experience in construction.
- Experience preparing cost estimates, building project budgets, and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with finishing works and building systems.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including MS Project, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Flexibility to work according to operational needs.
Se valora
- Experience in supermarket construction or renovation projects covering more than 500 square meters.
- Experience with external infrastructure, including water and sewage systems.
- Experience with fuel systems, electrical systems, and communications infrastructure.
- Knowledge of SAP.
