Responsabilidades
- Own product vision and strategy for the biopharma product line
- Identify valuable scientific and biopharma use cases and define adoption strategies
- Build customer feedback loops with researchers, pathologists, and biopharma teams
- Translate customer and scientific insights into product direction and prioritization
- Develop strategies for workflows such as biomarker discovery and clinical decision-making
- Align science, engineering, and commercial teams around an honest product roadmap
- Drive AI product innovation from early signals through shipped and validated solutions
- Consider business outcomes and go-to-market requirements
Requisitos
- Direct experience in or alongside biopharma research and development
- Fluency in translational research, biomarker discovery, pathology, clinical development, or drug discovery
- Experience owning complex, information-dense B2B products for expert users
- Experience leading AI-powered products through ambiguous and technically complex problem spaces
- A track record of setting product vision, shipping products, and validating them with real users
- Ability to understand scientists', pathologists', and biopharma teams' workflows
- Strategic judgment and comfort making decisions with incomplete information
