Responsabilidades
- Define the multi-year vision and roadmap for AI Scheduling, covering job queuing, resource allocation, latency optimization, and reliability at scale
- Collaborate with engineering, infrastructure, and platform teams to define and deliver product capabilities
- Engage customers to identify unmet needs, validate direction, and make product decisions
- Monitor competitive and technical developments in distributed systems, orchestration, and AI workloads
- Support product launches, roadmap reviews, and product narrative development
- Build customer-engineering feedback loops to improve performance, usability, and reliability
- Contribute to go-to-market messaging, documentation, blogs, white papers, and presentations
Requisitos
- At least 5 years of product management experience, including ownership of infrastructure, platform, or developer tooling products
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent hands-on technical experience
- Experience defining and delivering multi-year product roadmaps
- Experience with cloud or cluster management technologies such as Kubernetes, OpenStack, Slurm, or VMware
- Working knowledge of machine learning systems, compute hardware, communication layers, and AI software toolchains
- Working knowledge of machine learning software, including models, inference engines, orchestration tools, and user and developer workflows
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to make clear decisions in ambiguous situations and manage multiple workstreams
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 30% between German and US locations
