Responsible for the entire product lifecycle from pricing to market launch, developing product strategies, conducting market research, and optimizing performance based on KPIs. Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and production to ensure successful product positioning.
Responsabilidades
- Manage the full product lifecycle, including pricing and market introduction, ensuring products remain competitive.
- Develop and implement innovative product strategies to strengthen market position and drive revenue growth.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to shape next-generation products.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and production to seamlessly introduce and position products in the market.
- Monitor product performance using KPIs and proactively derive actionable recommendations for improvement.
Requisitos
- Completed university degree or equivalent education in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in product and project management.
- Analytical thinking combined with creative ideas and a strong sense of customer needs.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly.
- Independent working style and competence in prioritizing complex tasks.
- Very good MS Office skills, especially MS Excel, and confident use of ERP systems.
- Business fluent German (C2) and conversational English (B1-B2).
