Responsabilidades
- Set team goals, success metrics, and roadmap aligned with company strategy
- Drive impact through data analysis, market research, and strategic prioritisation
- Own products end-to-end from ideation through launch, growth, and maintenance
- Collaborate with Design and UX teams to define customer journeys and deliver exceptional user experiences
- Partner with Engineering to ensure effective product delivery
- Work with stakeholders across Marketing, Legal, and Strategy
Requisitos
- 3+ years of experience in a high-growth tech company or banking/finance-related areas
- 2+ years of success leading consumer-facing mobile products
- 1+ years of people management experience
- Outstanding communication skills
- Strong eye for UX/UI and understanding of design best practices
- High analytical acumen and business sense for ROI-based prioritisation
- Experience formulating and driving a product vision and owning the narrative with leadership and partners
- Experience leading product development from scratch
- Ability to deliver measurable results in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
- Entrepreneurial drive to never settle
