Own the strategy and performance of an international electronics product portfolio from market opportunity through end-of-life. The role partners with global teams across product development, design, procurement, marketing, sales, quality, and supply chain.
Responsabilidades
- Develop global product and portfolio strategies and manage products throughout their lifecycle
- Identify customer needs, market opportunities, trends, and emerging technologies
- Create business cases and track revenue, profitability, time-to-market, and customer satisfaction KPIs
- Define and prioritize product requirements
- Lead cross-functional projects with R&D, design, procurement, marketing, sales, quality, and supply chain teams
- Develop positioning and go-to-market strategies, support launches, and optimize the portfolio
- Build an innovation pipeline and continuously develop the product roadmap and new product ideas
- Present new products and deliver training to international sales organizations, distributors, and internal teams
- Contribute to budget planning, portfolio decisions, prioritization, and launch approvals
Requisitos
- Completed degree, such as industrial engineering or marketing, or comparable vocational qualification
- At least five years of relevant experience in technical product management
- Experience with innovation, portfolio, and project management
- Experience preparing robust business cases
- Confident use of market analysis and product management methods
- Technical understanding of electronic products
- Very good German and English skills
- Strategic, analytical, and entrepreneurial mindset
