Responsabilidades
- Define and execute the global strategy for the pulses and proteins portfolio, aligning with business unit goals.
- Drive innovation projects and manage the product pipeline from concept to commercialization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage and optimize the product assortment.
- Monitor product performance and sales metrics, developing strategies to improve revenue.
- Analyze customer feedback and usage data to refine the product roadmap.
- Provide expert insights and support to sales teams during customer engagements.
- Communicate portfolio updates to internal and external stakeholders.
- Conduct training sessions to enhance understanding of the product portfolio.
- Optimize product margins and collaborate with pricing teams on strategies.
Requisitos
- Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Food Science, or related field.
- Proven product management experience, preferably in the food industry.
- Expertise in managing the full product lifecycle from innovation to commercialization.
- Strong strategic thinking and ability to lead cross-functional teams in a global matrix.
- Data-driven mindset with focus on performance metrics and customer insights.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.

- Professional proficiency in German and English.
