Lead the global strategy, roadmap, lifecycle, and portfolio for secure and resilient industrial networking technologies within a process automation platform. Work across product lines and functions to translate customer needs, technology trends, and regulatory developments into market-ready products
Responsabilidades
- Define and manage the global OT network strategy, roadmap, and product lifecycle.
- Translate the automation vision into secure, resilient, standards-based, and interoperable network solutions.
- Analyze customers, markets, competitors, and technology trends to define requirements, business cases, and value propositions.
- Develop supplier and technology partnerships, including technical qualification and roadmap alignment.
- Shape portfolio requirements for industrial Ethernet, Ethernet-APL, switching, routing, security zones, redundancy, network management, and observability.
- Drive secure-by-design capabilities, including device identity, secure onboarding, access control, vulnerability management, and lifecycle support.
- Collaborate with research and development, architecture, cybersecurity, product management, service, sales, and marketing teams.
Requisitos
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of product management experience in networking, automation, or industrial technology.
- Strong knowledge of networking technologies, protocols, and distributed control systems.
- Good understanding of OT cybersecurity, IEC 62443, the Cyber Resilience Act, and vulnerability management.
- Strong strategic thinking and business acumen.
- Fluent English.
- Willingness to travel internationally approximately 10–15%.
Se valora
- Experience with ABB System 800xA, Symphony Plus, or Freelance control systems.
- Master’s degree in a relevant field.
