Plan, organize, and control electronic security installation projects. Responsible for scheduling, procurement, cost control, quality assurance, and customer satisfaction. Supervises subcontractors and coordinates with engineering. Requires 3+ years project management experience, preferably in security/low voltage industries. PMP/PMI preferred.
Responsabilidades
- Plans and schedules engineering, installation, and subcontractor activities
- Maintains project plans, specifications, and schedules
- Prepares and manages project installation plan and procedures
- Coordinates procurement of materials and ensures timely delivery
- Monitors project financials and ensures profitability
- Selects, contracts, and monitors subcontractor performance
- Communicates project progress and escalates issues to management
- Conducts job site walks to ensure quality installation
- Implements quality assurance program for customer satisfaction
- Manages end-to-end project delivery and closure documentation
Requisitos
- 3 years of project management experience (security or low voltage preferred)
- Valid driver's license with minimum 5 years driving experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Office and project software
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Must be able to obtain Secret clearance
- Ability to pass pre-employment screening
Se valora
- PMP or PMI certification
- 2+ years of security industry experience
- 5+ years of functional project management in a technical environment
