Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains the rules that apply to payments, subscription cancellations, and refund requests for CVZilla (the "Service"). It should be read together with our Terms of Use.

The Service is operated by Dmitrii Rubinov, registered in Israel under business registration number 347374779.

1. General Refund Rule

Paid subscription fees are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law or expressly approved by us or our payment provider.

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any mandatory consumer rights or refund rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

2. Subscription Cancellation

  • You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time.
  • Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund the current paid subscription period.
  • After cancellation, Pro access remains available until the end of the current paid subscription period, unless the payment is refunded, reversed, or disputed.
  • At the end of the paid period, your account returns to the standard Basic plan unless you select another available plan or offer.

3. Refund Requests We May Consider

Subject to applicable law, we or our payment provider may consider a refund request in circumstances such as:

  • A duplicate or incorrect charge
  • An unauthorized payment reported by the account or payment method holder
  • A confirmed technical issue that materially prevented access to the paid Service
  • Any other circumstance in which a refund is required by applicable law

Requests are reviewed individually. Listing a circumstance above does not guarantee a refund unless one is required by applicable law.

4. Generally Non-Refundable Items

Except where applicable law requires otherwise, we generally do not provide refunds for:

  • Partial or unused time remaining in a paid subscription period
  • Failure to cancel a subscription before renewal
  • A change of mind after purchasing or using the Pro plan
  • Used, expired, or promotional tokens
  • Temporary queues, rate limits, or reasonable fair-use restrictions

5. How to Request a Refund

Send your request to team@cvzilla.io. To help us review it, include the email address associated with your CVZilla account, the payment date and amount, the transaction or receipt identifier, and the reason for your request.

We may request additional information reasonably necessary to verify the payment, account ownership, or circumstances of the request.

6. Approved Refunds

Approved refunds are generally returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on the payment provider and financial institution and may be outside our control.

If a payment is refunded, reversed, or disputed, we may terminate the related paid access and remove associated subscription benefits or token balances, subject to applicable law.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The current version will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Where required by applicable law, we will provide notice of material changes.
